Due to the many different accommodation options at our exclusive properties, we would like to speak with you directly about the best room for you.

There is a $500 deposit due up front, and then the balance is due once we have spoken with you about which room is best suited for your individual preferences and needs. Single and Double Occupancy rates apply. You can pay by check, Venmo, Cash, Paypal or credit card. Full payment is due by Jan 15th, 2022. Checks can be mailed to YES WELLNESS, 337 Cross Creek Drive, Cherryville, NC 28021. NOTE: There will be a 3% processing fee for all CC charges.

***Cancellation Policy*** If you need to cancel we will do our best to find a replacement for your booking. If a replacement is found, your payment will be refunded minus $250 (1/2 the deposit) and processing fees. Enrolling in a retreat is a commitment for many reasons. We have a non-refundable, non-transferable commitment to Casa Om, and therefore we have to enforce a non-refundable payment policy for our retreat clients. If the retreat is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, (i.e. airlines shutdown, health pandemic, etc) our policy is that your payment will carry over to a re-scheduled retreat (no refunds) of your choice in the next 5 years. Your enrollment in our retreat means you understand and agree to this policy and commitment.
